Name and address of the entity collecting and retaining Your Information shall be the contracting entity stated in the User Agreement.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from the Site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier affiliated with and controlled by Wholesaler Point. Title to products purchased on the Site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, will be owned by Wholesaler Point.
